Duty to report to Dutch authorities for short stay abolished
The duty imposed to the foreigner who will stay less than 90 days in the Netherlands to inform the Dutch authorities within 3 days after his arrival is abolished retro-actively per 1 January 2014. This duty was in practise already no longer sanctioned, but has now also been abolished by law.
