The EU Blue Card salary threshold for 2019 is published. At the same time also the Highly Skilled Migrant (kennismigrant) and the Intra Corporate Transferee (ICT) salary thresholds are published. The salary thresholds are gross monthly thresholds. Only foreigners that earn at least the salary threshold can qualify for the visa.

The Highly Skilled Migrant and the Intra Corporate Transferee have a considerable lower threshold.

Per 1 January 2019 the following gross monthly salary threshold (excluding 8% holiday allowance) are applicable.

• EU Blue Card: €5,272
• Highly skilled migrant or ICT from 30 years of age: €4,500
• Highly skilled migrant or ICT  younger than 30 years: €3,299
• Highly Skilled migrant graduated in the Netherlands: €2,364
• Foreign national who files a highly skilled migrant visa application within 3 years after obtainment of a Master degree from a top 200 university: €2,364
