Intra company transfer: salary threshold for trainees
Multinationals transferring their trainees to the entity in the Netherlands must offer their trainees at least the gross annual salary of EUR 38,145 (EUR 3,205.44 per month) to receive a work permit. This regulation is in place since 1 January 2014. Before that date the offered salary had to be market level, without mentioning a specific salary threshold.
