MVV: not for Turkish nationals
A MVV (entry clearance visa or provisional residence permit) is no longer required for Turkish nationals. Turkish nationals can travel to the Netherlands without a MVV and apply for a residence permit. This is the result of the recent judgment of the High Administrative Court (Centrale Raad van Beroep) of 16 August 2011. The embassies have been informed by the Minister.
