Intra corporate transferee: allowed to work as entrepreneur per 1 October
Per 1 October 2018 foreigners holding an intra corporate transferee permit (based upon EU Directive 2014/66/EU) are allowed to also work as an entrepreneur, as contractor, or as freelancer besides their ICT-permit. A condition is that the conditions for the ICT-permit continue to remain fulfilled.
Foreigners holding a highly skilled migrant permit or an EU Blue Card were already allowed to work as an entrepreneur, contractor, or freelancer besides their permit.
